Our Services 

The Florida Department of Health in Taylor County’s (DOH-Taylor) Clinical Health Services program protects the health and well-being of Taylor County residents and visitors. This is accomplished with health education initiatives and a variety of clinical health services, including:

  • Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) testing and treatment
  • HIV/AIDS testing, treatment, and medication assistance 
  • Hepatitis testing
  • Tuberculosis testing (PPD)
  • Child immunization (newborn-18 years)
  • Well woman exams - Pap Test and Breast Exam
  • Birth control, including pills, Depo-Provera injection, IUD/IUS, Nexplanon, vaginal ring, patch, condoms for both males and females 
  • Preganancy testing
  • Steralization counseling and assistance 
  • Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program
  • Infectious disease investigations
  • Obstetric Services 
  • School, Sport and Employment Physicals
