Services 

The Immunization Program provides vaccines for all ages with immunizations given without charge for infants through age 18. Vaccines are provided by a federal grant called Vaccines for Children (VFC).  Please visit the CDC Immunization Schedule webpage for information on current immunization schedules for children and adults.

Adult immunizations are given for a fee to prevent tetanus, diphtheria, hepatitis B, influenza, measles, mumps, rubella, and pneumococal pneumonia. Please call (850)584-5087 for an appointment for any of the above immunizations.
